Notice of a change in a significant shareholding

KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 10 June 2016 it received notification of a change in significant shareholdings in the company KD d.d. with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares).

Aleksander Sekavčnik, a member of the Board of Directors, informed the company that on 8 June 2016 he had disposed of 2,696 SKDR shares. Prior to the transaction, Aleksander Sekavčnik held 2,696 SKDR shares, representing 1.4 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares; following the transaction, he no longer holds any SKDR shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 13 June 2016 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
