Notice of a change in a significant shareholding

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with Article 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public that on 18 December 2009, it received notification of the disposal of a significant holding of shares in the issuer KD d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares).

Raiffeisen Zentralbank A.G., Am Stadtpark 9, 1030 Vienna, Austria, has informed us that on 15 December 2009 it disposed of 5,000 SKDR shares. Prior to the transaction, Raiffeisen Zentralbank A.G. held 29,,861 SKDR shares, representing 16.02 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares; following the disposal, it holds 24,861 SKDR shares, representing 13.33 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 18 December 2009 onwards, and will remain available for at least five years from the date of publication.
