KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD d.d.) hereby informs the public of the valuation of KD d.d. carried out by P&S; Capital d.o.o., Slovenia, and publishes the Summary of the Valuation Report on KD d.d.

A valuation was carried out of the market value of a significant minority (20–25 per cent) shareholding in the capital of KD d.d. as at 31 December 2013 for the purpose of determining the company’s value based on a valuation of the company’s assets, which is substantively equivalent to the purpose of a purchase or sale. When interpreting the findings of the report, it is necessary to take into account the purpose for which the valuation was carried out.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 9 July 2014 onwards.
