Notice

On 8 November 2013, the members of the Board of Directors of KD d.d., appointed at the company’s 20th General Meeting of Shareholders, comprising Matjaž Gantar, Aleksander Sekavčnik, Sergej Racman, Tomaž Butina and Milan Kneževič, met and adopted a resolution appointing Milan Kneževič as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Sergej Racman as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Matjaž Gantar as Executive Director. The terms of office of the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director will commence on 17 November 2013.

This notice will also be published on the website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 11 November 2013 onwards.
