Notice

On 9 November, the members of the Board of Directors of KD d.d., appointed at the company’s 15th general meeting of shareholders – comprising Matjaž Gantar, Aleksander Sekavčnik, Sergej Racman, Tomaž Butina and Milan Kneževič, met and adopted a resolution appointing Milan Kneževič as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Sergej Racman as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Matjaž Gantar as Executive Director. The terms of office of the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director will commence on the date of entry of the amendments to the Articles of Association in the court register.

This notice will also be published on the website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 9 November 2009 onwards.
