Half-yearly unconsolidated and consolidated financial statements for 2010

Pursuant to Articles 112 and 113 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the unaudited report on the operations of KD, finančna družba, d.d. and the KD Group for the first half of 2010. The company’s Board of Directors adopted the half-yearly report at its meeting on 31 August 2010.

This announcement will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-fd.si, under ‘Public Announcements’, from 31 August 2010 onwards.
