Pursuant to Articles 112 and 113 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the unaudited management report of KD, finančna družba, d.d. and the KD Group for the first half of 2009.
