Half-year unaudited management report of KD, finančna družba, d.d. and the KD Group for the first half of 2012

Pursuant to Articles 112 and 113 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the unaudited interim report on the operations of KD, finančna družba, d.d. and the KD Group for the first half of 2012. The company’s Board of Directors adopted the half-yearly report at its meeting on 30 August 2012.
