Half-year unaudited management report of KD d.d. and the KD Group

Pursuant to Articles 112 and 113 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the unaudited interim report on the operations of KD, finančna družba, d.d. and the KD Group for the first half of 2015. The company’s Board of Directors adopted the half-yearly report at its meeting on 27 August 2015.

The information contained in this publication will be available on the KD d.d. website www.kd-fd.si from 28 August 2015 onwards for at least five years from the date of publication.
