Establishment of KD BPD, a stockbroking company, d.o.o.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following announcement:

KD Group d.d., as the founder and sole shareholder of KD BPD, borznoposredniška družba, d.o.o., hereby announces that, by order of the District Court in Ljubljana, Case No. 2004/00900, the latter was entered in the court register on 10 February 2004.

The interested public will be duly informed of further proceedings and the date on which business operations commence.
