Document reference: Notice of the resolutions adopted by the general meeting of shareholders of KD d.d.

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the corrected document ‘Resolutions Adopted at the 21st General Meeting of the Company’ in the attached file. In the original document, published on 29 August 2014, a typographical error occurred in the recording of the date of the general meeting; namely, the date of the General Meeting is correctly 28 August 2014, rather than 28 August 2013.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 1 September 2014 onwards.
