KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, in accordance with Articles 141 and 147 of the Financial Instruments Market Act and the Decision on Information Regarding Significant Shareholdings (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 30/19), hereby informs the public that on 4 July 2023 it received a correction to the notification regarding a change in a significant shareholding in the shares of KD d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares) from Oklev d.o.o., which supersedes the notification of a change in a significant shareholding published on 3 July 2023.

This notification will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 4 July 2023 onwards, for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
