Correction to the notice of the general meeting of KD Group d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

In the notice convening the general meeting of KD Group, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, which was published on 18 July 2003 in the newspaper Dnevnik and on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange website via SEOnet, the serial number of the general meeting was incorrectly stated. The correct serial number of the general meeting is the 6th general meeting of KD Group, d.d., and not the 4th general meeting, as stated in the notice.
The remainder of the notice of the General Meeting remains unchanged.
