Correction to the announcement regarding the unaudited, non-consolidated financial statements for 2003

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

In the publication of the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2003 of KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Ljubljana, published on 30 March 2004, the income statement incorrectly states the financial period to which the figures in the first column relate.

The correct year or period in the profit and loss account for 2003 in the first column is 1 January 2003–31 December 2003, not 1 January 2002–31 December 2002, as was erroneously published.

We enclose the income statement for the period from 01.01 to 31.12.2003 with the correct figures.
