Change in the proportion of the supervisory board member’s securities held in the issuer’s share capital

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group d.d.) has received notification from a member of the Supervisory Board of KD Group d.d., Mr Robert Šega, that on 15 December 2006, he sold 6,371 shares of the issuer KD Group d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR, on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, with a total value of 955,650,000.00 SIT. Following the completion of the transaction, Robert Šega is no longer a shareholder of KD Group d.d.

The company will also publish this notice on its website www.kd-group.si from 18 December 2006 until further notice, in the ‘Notices’ section under the heading ‘Public Announcements’.
