Change in the proportion of the supervisory board member’s securities held in the issuer’s share capital

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

Aleksander Sekavčnik and Sergej Racman, members of the Supervisory Board of KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, have notified the company’s management of the disposal of shares in KD Group, d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR. On 27 December 2004, Aleksander Sekavčnik disposed of 1,097 SKDR shares, whilst Sergej Racman disposed of 19,916 SKDR shares on 28 December 2004. Following the completion of the transaction, the two members of the supervisory board are no longer shareholders of the company.
