Business performance of the KD Group and KD d.d. for the period from 1 January to 31 March 2018

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the unaudited management report of the KD Group and KD d.d. for the period from 1 January to 31 March 2018, as approved by the Board of Directors of KD d.d. at its meeting on 30 May 2018.

The information contained in this announcement will be available on the company’s website at www.kd-fd.si from 30 May 2018 onwards, for at least five years from the date of publication.
