Business performance of the KD Group and KD d.d. for the period from 1 January to 30 September 2015

The Board of Directors of KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, at its meeting held on 24 November 2015, reviewed the business performance of the KD Group and KD d.d. during the first nine months of this year. The report on the operations of the KD Group and KD d.d. for the period from 1 January to 30 September 2015 is attached.

The information contained in this announcement will be available on the KD d.d. website, www.kd-fd.si, from 25 November 2015 onwards for at least five years from the date of publication.
