Audited Annual Report for 2008

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following announcement:

Pursuant to Article 110 and the first paragraph of Article 111 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the audited annual report of KD, finančna družba, d.d. and the KD Group for 2008, as adopted by the company’s management board. As at the date of this publication, the Supervisory Board has not yet approved the audited annual report for 2008. The company will publish information regarding the adoption of the annual report in accordance with the law within 15 days of the date on which the Supervisory Board adopts the annual report.

The information contained in this notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-fd.si, from 30 April 2009 onwards, and will remain available for at least five years from the date of publication.
