Annual Report of the KD Group and KD d.d. for 2015

In accordance with Article 110 of the ZTFI, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, as an attachment to this notice, the audited Annual Report of the KD Group and KD d.d. for the financial year 2015. The Annual Report was adopted by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting on 22 April 2016.

The information contained in this publication will be available on the website of KD d.d. at www.kd-fd.si from 22 April 2016 onwards for at least five years from the date of publication.
