Annual Report of the KD Group and KD d.d. for 2014

In accordance with Article 110 of the ZTFI, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, in the annex to this notice, the audited Annual Report of the KD Group and KD d.d. for the financial year 2014. The Annual Report was adopted by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting on 24 April 2015.

The information contained in this publication will be available on the website of KD d.d. at www.kd-fd.si from 24 April 2015 onwards for at least five years from the date of publication.
