Addendum to the notice regarding a qualifying holding

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following announcement:

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 77 in conjunction with the fourth paragraph of Article 10 of the Takeovers Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 79/06, hereinafter ‘Zpre-1’), hereby announces that it has received from Epakta d.o.o. a supplement to the notification of a qualifying holding pursuant to Article 77 of Zpre-1, namely that Epakta d.o.o. on 11 August 2006 held 13,101 shares in the issuer KD Group d.d., representing 7.03 per cent of the voting rights in KD Group d.d. (SKDR shares).

From 10 October 2006 until further notice, the company will also publish this notice on the website www.kd-group.si under ‘Notices’ in the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
